MASH Media Management was founded by John Miazga, a creative production and operations leader with more than 25 years of experience helping brands transform creative ideas into exceptional visual experiences.

Throughout his career, John has led creative studios, built high-performing teams, launched new business initiatives, and managed large-scale productions for globally recognized brands. From leading operations at award-winning post-production studios and launching a new digital imaging division within a boutique creative agency, to driving marketing strategy, business growth, and overseeing creative production for one of the world's most recognized luxury brands, each experience has reinforced the same belief: exceptional creative work is the result of thoughtful planning, trusted partnerships, and flawless execution.
